Terms and conditions:

• You must complete all goals inside of 'Progress' in TheoryBoat.
• You must take the theory test no later than 100 days after purchasing TheoryBoat+.
• You must take the theory test no later than 3 days after the subscription with TheoryBoat+ has expired.
• You must use your Pass Guarantee (request a refund) within 3 days of failing the theory test.
• In the event of a refund, your subscription (TheoryBoat+) will be cancelled.
• The following will be refunded: Your last purchase of the TheoryBoat+.
• The Pass Guarantee applies to the Victorian marine licence theory tests for boats and PWCs (jetskis).
• The Pass Guarantee may only be used once per person.
